Welcome to Znift. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Znift service operated by Hexleap Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India.
By accessing or using Znift, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

The Service

Third-Party Services
Znift integrates with third-party services like Google Calendar and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including service interruptions or changes to their terms.
Intellectual Property
The Znift name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Hexleap Private Limited. The service's code, design, and documentation are our proprietary property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the service
- That the service will be error-free or secure
- Protection against data loss (you are responsible for your own backups)
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
You may stop using Znift at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at team@znift.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
